For our important client, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of Accounting Manager

Your new role
  • You will be part of the HQ finance team and be responsible for the shared accounting function for the group (AP, GL, banks and general accounting) and serves as a partner for Controlling team
  • Team coaching and development, planning and setting up of efficient work distribution within the team of 5+ accountants
  • Continuous improvement of our processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliation and reporting process
  • Supervise monthly closing activities in line with group reporting deadlines
  • Operating company bank accounts and manage regular payments process
  • Ad hoc projects and support in group Accounting, Tax or Reporting activities

What you'll need to succeed
  • Fluent English
  • Higher Education preferably in Economics/Hotel Management
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance operations
  • Great excel skills and very tech savvy approach
  • Experience with team management, work structuring and planning
  • Great communication skills and proactive approach in issue resolution
