International developer is looking for a new colleague.

Your new role
  • Close cooperation with Head of Acquisition and Commercial/Technical department
  • Identifying suitable sites for future acquisition and development
  • Preparing site layout
  • Performing detail analyse of potential sites, market research
  • Cooperation with real estate's agents, local authorities and land owners
  • Calculate base project costing
  • Assign detailed study of potential site, participation on legal contract agreement preparation and finalisation
  • Preparation of orders and final preparation of contracts for signing
  • Assign DD documentation
  • Completing EIA documentation for Zooming Permit
  • Preparing reports on suitable sites and presentation to senior
  • Finalising final terms of land acquisition process
  • Represent the company on various real estate functions, conferences as well as business development events in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other European countries
  • Addressing of landowners and active negotiation in order to sign the purchase of properties

What you'll need to succeed
  • High school/University diploma
  • 5 years of experience
  • Proactive approach to work
