For our client, technological start-up, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role Controlling Manager.

Your new role
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial and managerial reporting for the group
  • Managing structure of company reporting to provide clear and structured data to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing and streamlining controlling processes to ensure maximum efficiency of the team and continuous improvements towards real time closing
  • Monitoring company performance, driving cost controlling of the group and providing suggestions for financial decisions
  • Making sure that all budget holders have clear visibility and understanding of their budgets and there are appropriate controls of their spending in place
  • Making sure that there are relevant controls in place to ensure accurate accounting records
  • Team planning, management and motivation

What you'll need to succeed
  • Understanding of database and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau…)
  • 5+ years of experience with both accounting and controlling in finance
  • Detailed orientation in financial statements, budgets and managerial reports
  • Business acumen and ability to understand impact of business decisions on budgets and managerial reports
  • Ability to plan and proactively drive cost controlling
  • People management skills
  • Higher Education preferably in Economics/Hotel Management
  • Fluent English
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
