Our important client with centralised offices in Prague 1 - Václavské náměstí is currently creating a new team of German speaking customer service specialist to support new project.
Your new role
On this new role you will act as a support for customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). You will be responsible for: Handling of inquiries and claims by phone or e-mail from end-consumers and customers. Technical support and troubleshooting and sales to end-consumers.Your manager will be based in Germany.
You will have 6-week long training (either online or in person).
Contract: full-time for unlimited period
Working hours are primarily between 08.00-18.00 (8 hours/day)
Starting date: ideally ASAP / upon agreement.
Hybrid work regime (50% home office/50% office based)
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you need to speak fluently German (min. C1) and English (at least communicative level). You need to have experience from customer support role and be motivated to continue helping customers - via phone and email.
