Our client - international company with an amazingly friendly cultural spirit based in Prague is looking for new colleagues to join their team of customer service specialists.
Your new role
On this role you will support customers from German or French-speaking countries: managing their orders, planning transportation and handling their queries.
You will closely cooperate with other colleagues from sales divisions and managers.
You will also do some basic invoicing and also controlling of given data and maintaining its correctness.
Full-time position Monday-Friday (8:00 - 16:30)
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you need to have fluent level of German or French language to be able to communicate with your customers via phone and email on professional level. You also need to have communicative level of English.
You should have good command of MS Office package (especially Excel).
You should be communicative, positive-minded and have good organisational skills.
