Your new role

- Your task will be to independently manage the biggest part of the warehouse, VAS, e-commerce business.
- Cooperation with the company's management and other departments.
- Supervision of quality and productivity, operational KPI’s in general
- Directly managing mid and lower management team
- Motivation and development of a team of 150-200 employees (indirect reports).
- Reporting to Site Manager

What you'll need to succeed

- To have communicative English or German language (B1 at least)
- To have experience with warehouse management in contract logistics (3PL, 4PL)
- To have ability to work in very dynamic and growing e-commerce business
- To be a strong people manager and a team player
