Your new role

• Growth, engagement, and development of your team
• On time creation and monitoring of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting, management accounts, financial accounts according to US-GAAP
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast, and analyze variances versus plan/forecast and initiates corrective actions in coordination with operational managers
• Implement and continuously improve internal controls, implement group policies (travels, purchases, investments) to ensure full compliance
• Support internal and external audits, prepare and provide information to auditors
• Work with local advisor to ensure preparation of statutory financial reports and follow local legal regulations (tax, payroll…) within the required time frames set by government
• Work on capital management, improving return and limiting risk on cash by implementing controls and processes
• Follow up and build cost management measures

What you'll need to succeed

• Self-Motivated
• Methodical –highly accurate data collection
• Flexible –multi-tasking, able to efficiently prioritize time bound tasks

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English and Czech
• Strong experience in driving financial results (revenue, costs, margins and OP) in multinational companies. Audit experience is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements and experience in US GAAP or IFRS reporting
• Strong knowledge of Internal Control and accounting procedures
• Highly computer literate (MS Excel, Navision, etc.)
