Within your role, you will:

• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations
• Monitor monthly and annual financial accounts according to US-GAAP and local accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain general ledger
• Support budget and internal / external audit processes
• Backup Finance Controller when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Self-Motivated
• Methodical –highly accurate data collection
• Flexible –multi-tasking, able to efficiently prioritize time bound tasks

• Financial accounting degree or CPA certification
• Experience in US and Czech & Slovak GAAP
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
• Excellent knowledge of local Czech & Slovak statutory reporting requirements and Internal Control procedures
• Proficiency in English and Czech, with strong written and oral communication skills
