For our client – Hella Autotechnik Nova, we are looking for a candidate for the position Manufacturing Engineer. HELLA is a family-owned company, focused on the development and production of components for the automotive industry and the spare parts trade. In addition, HELLA is the undisputed top-ranked supplier of vehicle-specific lights in the independent aftermarket supplying to top automotive companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW and many more.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible to coordinate the electrical components process flow. You will be cooperating with the development team and suppliers in the specification of customer requirements for production equipments. You will be acting as the middle man between the development team and the supplier in ensuring the availability in the components. You will also be in charge in bringing the part/components from the development team to the production line. You will be based in our modern R&D facility in Mohelnice and mainly attending meetings with clients and supplier with the possibilities of home office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Secondary school or university of technical direction, ideally with knowledge of electrical engineering, or with adequate experience,
• Knowledge of technology when it comes to principles of production of PCBs and basic understanding of electrical components
• Advance communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• An independent and systematic approach to the tasks entrusted to them, at the same time to be able to work in an international development team
• Communicative knowledge in English and Czech
• Driving License B
