Your new role

• Evaluating future market requirements, the competitor situation, purchase-deciding factors
• Evaluating and reporting economic data of assigned product portfolio and responsibility for economic viability
• Driving innovations regarding technologies and customer focused product development
• Cost responsibility for project budget
• Strategical alignment of drive train simulation portfolio with internal stakeholders, vertical sales and partners to enable joint go-to-market and integration into platforms as well as Siemens’s simulation strategy
• Development of User/Customer journeys, coordination of development and go-to-market
• Manage the project developments with a ranked backlog
• Operational alignment on development with R&D, Drive product management and different internal sales channels

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, IT or related field
• Digital business model experience and curiosity to explore new paths is highly appreciated
• Experience in Project Management, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales, or related functions
• Good interpersonal skills in an international setting
• Knowledge of Motion control technology or Drivetrain would be your big advantage
• Awareness of Product Lifecycle Management / Portfolio Management is plus
• Willingness to learn, open-minded attitude
• English language for daily business communication
