Project manager consultancy real estate Due Diligence CAPEX
Our international real estate agency partner is looking to recruit a Project Manager with exceptional track record managing real estate construction projects, especially with Technical Due Diligence to be based in our Prague office.

Main Aspects Of This Role
• To build upon and maintain existing Building & Project Consultancy contacts, clients and
also those of other key divisions;
• Provides professional advice starting with a building survey, and includes a cost assessment
for remedy of defects and a CAPEX budget for potential future renewals. Assesses the
permitting and design status, physical encroachments, flood risk and environmental issues,
construction warranties and the status of operation and maintenance activities that are
being provided;
• To work across a range of sectors including offices, industrial, retail, and residential for our
clients such as institutional investors, developers, private investors, corporate organisations,
property companies, landlords, occupiers and public bodies alike;
• Prepare and manage a full-suite of project control documentation, including but not limited
to, project execution plans, project briefs, tender documentation advising on procurement of
professional project teams and procurement routes, risk register, programme and regular
reporting;
• Lead and manage assigned projects with an ability to administer contracts with minimal
oversight;
• Ensure dedicated client focus – effective client interaction with excellent lines of
communication;
• Engage in business development strategies to ensure business generation and client
delivery;
• Part of the role may be at some instances to steer projects ranging from CZK 1mio to CZK
50mio, acting on behalf of Landlords, Tenants, Developers and Investors;

Required Skills
• University degree in Civil Engineering;
• At least three years of experience in the specific field;
• A proven track record of technical audits (TDD) and project management.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, project management skills and time-management;
• Excellent spoken and written Czech or Slovak;
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (B2, C1) to work closely with
international clients in preparing project documentation and running projects in English;
• Very good skills within MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Project and AutoCAD);
