Time Service Delivery Manager with French

HR Manager
For our international client froma pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for Time Service Delivery Manager

Your key responsibilities:

Leads the assigned team to implement and support the project initiatives
Measures and evaluates root cause analysis for Customer Satisfaction results negative responses
Works closely with Project Managers to complete delivery tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support of system implementations
Monitors the overall performance of the team of Time Services specialists and experts to achieve SLAs focused in the given region
Supports the Payroll and Time Services team and Supplier in completing Time & Attendance operations for the purpose of ensuring the timely and accurate payroll generation.
Leads project management activities related to Year End, Statutory Changes, Regional Strategy and acts as payroll SPOC for the unit
Provides training to relevant Time Services’ experts in order to increase the service excellence and operational effectiveness
Works closely with the Time SD Hyderabad Hub team to achieve all operational tasks and deliverables. Acts as a SME for Global and Regional business processes, systems and parallel projects under process scope

What you’ll bring to the role:

Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field.
Strong customer oriented mentality and proficient French and English (oral and written).
Additional language skills in Dutch will be an added advantage
5+ years of HR Shared Services with exposure in the areas of Employee Life Cycle, Payroll & Time operations preferred
Overall 8 – 10 years in HR Operations, Min. 5 years of experience working at project within a global organization
Experience leading a small size teams and people is desired and background in HR preferred
Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects. HRIS / SAP / PS / Kronos / Atoss / WD system knowledge is advantage
